Our Team

Glenn Richardson
Chief Operating Officer

Glenn Richardson has served as a charter school business administrator and board secretary since 2012. He was a key member of the initial implementation team at Benjamin Banneker Charter School in Willingboro, NJ. He possesses certifications as a school business administrator (CSBA), public accountant (CPA-inactive), and qualified purchasing agent (QPA). Prior to entering the world of charter schools, Glenn served as a Chief Operating Officer at Cathedral International, and an Advisory Systems Analyst, Accounting Team Lead, Business System Analyst, and Senior Accountant at IBM.

 

In addition, to directly serving charter schools throughout New Jersey, Glenn has presented on school business and operations topics at a variety of professional workshops and conferences within the educational community.

 

Glenn received a BBA in Accounting from Howard University and a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is experienced in all aspects of charter school development and management, as well as in the specialized area of charter school facility development.

Rick Pressler
Director School Services

For more than 25 years, Rick Pressler has served the public education community as a charter school founder, school leader, school board member, and adviser to schools and educational professionals throughout New Jersey and beyond.

 

His expertise has been sought by boards of education, school leaders, policymakers, school attorneys, the New Jersey School Boards Association, and the New Jersey Department of Education.

 

Collaborations with the Illinois Network of Charter Schools and the National Alliance of Charter Public Schools have given him the opportunity to work with educational leaders from around the country on issues such as special education, teacher training, and facilities financing.

 

After nearly 10 years as Director of School Services at the New Jersey Charter Schools Association, Rick transitioned his school support services to a consulting practice, partnering with Glenn Richardson in 2022 to establish PRCSS.

 

Rick is a Certified School Business Administrator and possesses a Masters Degree in Public Affairs and Politics from the Bloustein School of  Rutgers University. He has  a BA in Music from Haverford College with a concentration in music theory and composition. His first education job was as a (substitute) middle school music teacher…so he is ready for anything.
